  This place is not good if you need repairs to their window treatments. I have had repeated problems with my remote control for my honeycomb shades in the living room. I called 4 weeks ago and was told a new motor would be ovenighted to the store. It arrived 2 weeks later, during which time I called the store several times for status. The apprentice came out, installed the new motor, it didn't work and he took the entire shade. So now I have no shade for my Living Room, I'm exposed to the street and I have an Open House and no window treatment in my Living room. I called several days after he took the blinds, and was told it had to be calibrated and installed properly. I've called several times since for an appointment and have yet to have my shade reinstalled. I am so disappointed with the service, lack of diligence in repairing my problem, and constant promises that I will hear something everyday and I never get a call back. I will never do business there again.
