  Stopped in to the Whethersfield store ask a question about doing a "Big 3" ground wire upgrade. Waited a couple minutes before girl came to front, but she was professional and nicely greeted me. However, she didn't know what I was talking about, and seemed to be attempting to help me while also on the phone. She seemed either overwhelmed or was not a good listened. After a lapse in communication, she finally called the tech to the front. He looked angry, seemed indifferent to helping me and spoke only to the girl-- maybe because I was inquiring about prices, and stated I would install. Poor customer service, big attitude... would rather buy elsewhere.
